A rebrand should be so much more than just a lick of paint, and this was true of ExecutiveSurf, pioneers of Impact Recruiting. As well as updating the visual and verbal identity that had served them for the 20 years previous, the business was also able to reposition itself to align with the values-led, disruptive character that was within the business, but had been hidden up until that point. The project included market research, brand strategy and positioning, a full brand identity and roll out across every asset and channel.
