Genius Marketing Shortlisted for 2 More Leading Industry Awards

We’re delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted at both this year’s Marketing Week Awards for ‘Best Use of a Small Budget’ and in the ‘Not-for-Profit’ category for our work with the Women’s Engineering Society (WES) at the UK Agency Awards.

The International Women In Engineering Day campaign, which we ran in partnership with the Women’s Engineering Society (WES), is an international awareness campaign that raises the profile of women in engineering and the amazing career opportunities available to women and girls in this exciting industry.

Our 2021 campaign has been shortlisted in a highly competitive category at the prestigious Marketing Week Awards and will go up against campaigns from the likes of Ford, CALM, Weetabix, the Body Shop, National Rail, and James Wellbeloved. The winners of the Marketing Week Awards will be announced at an in-person awards ceremony at The Londoner Hotel on Thursday 3rd of November.

The good news continues for our INWED21 campaign which has also been shortlisted in the ‘Not for Profit’ category at the UK Agency Awards, which celebrates and showcases the best agencies in the UK. We’re delighted to see the Women’s Engineering Society selected alongside the likes of the UK DEC and Samaritan’s. The UK Agency Awards 2022 ceremony will take place at The Montcalm Marble Arch, London on Thursday 22nd September.

The INWED campaign aimed to continue the growth trajectory of previous years, measured primarily by the reach which was recorded at 103 million for 2020. Whilst no set target was outlined by the client beyond exceeding the 103 million, we set ourselves an agency side goal of exceeding 200 million. A secondary objective was to secure additional sponsorship, to cover the cost of having external marketing support and we were determined to achieve this also.
